Rocca delle Macie Chianti Classico Riserva is a refined red wine from Tuscany, Italy, predominantly crafted from Sangiovese grapes, with small additions of Colorino and Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine undergoes fermentation with traditional methods, followed by aging in French oak barrels for approximately two years and further refinement in the bottle for a minimum of three months. It presents a deep ruby red color, evolving to garnet with age, and offers a rich bouquet of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and plum, complemented by spicy notes of pepper and tobacco, along with hints of leather and vanilla.
