Cardenal Mendoza Solera Gran Reserva

A classic Spanish Brandy de Jerez aged for an average of 15 years in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks using the traditional solera and criaderas method. It pours a bright, transparent dark mahogany with copper highlights. On the nose it is clean, elegant, and well-rounded, with subtle sherry-seasoned oak and dried fruit aromas (raisins and prunes). The palate is balanced, warming and smooth, finishing very long with lingering notes of dried fruit, caramel, vanilla, chocolate and oak
