Botran No. 12 Reserva Superior Añejo is a premium Guatemalan rum produced by Industrias Licoreras de Guatemala. Crafted from virgin sugarcane honey, it undergoes dynamic aging using the Solera system, blending rums aged between 5 and 12 years. Matured in a combination of American whiskey, medium-toasted American whiskey, and sherry casks, it develops a complex and balanced flavor profile. The aroma features notes of caramel, roasted nuts, vanilla, and a hint of dark chocolate, while the palate offers a soft and complex taste with sweet notes of honey, dried fruit, toffee, and fine oak spice, accompanied by hints of cocoa. The finish is long-lasting and pleasant, with a fine balance of sweetness and subtle wood notes.
