Saare Sõstar Distilled Gin is a handcrafted Estonian gin made from grain spirit, clear groundwater, and carefully selected juniper berries. It features a light sweetness derived from blackcurrant, complemented by bright rhubarb tartness that adds freshness. The palate is smooth, with juniper in the lead, layered with subtle fruit sweetness and gentle rhubarb acidity. It finishes balanced and slightly dry—good with tonic, ice, and a lemon wedge.
