Brandy Italiano di Poli is an Italian wine brandy produced by Poli Distillerie in Veneto. It’s distilled from a blend of Trebbiano di Soave wines using a traditional bain-marie still, and aged for three years in oak barrels. The aroma is cozy and warm, with aromas reminiscent of hot chocolate, almond biscuits, and gentle spices like coffee and nutmeg. On the palate it is smooth, round, and elegant—offering flavors of vanilla, toasted spices, and soft oak—with a welcoming, mildly sweet finish.
