St‑Remy XO

St‑Rémy XO is a French grape brandy aged for a minimum of six years in small French oak casks, using carefully selected eaux‑de‑vie from regions like Burgundy and Bordeaux. It has a jewel-toned amber color with golden highlights. The aroma is mature and inviting, offering oak, vanilla, honey, and ripe fruit tones. On the palate it’s rich and full, with flavors of gingerbread, candied apricot, figs, dates, and nuts, supported by gentle spice and a long, warm finish.
