Ackerman Crémant de Loire Brut is a traditional-method sparkling wine from the Loire Valley, crafted mainly from Chenin Blanc with Chardonnay and a touch of Cabernet Franc. It pours a pale golden hue with fine, persistent bubbles that create an elegant mousse. The nose shows green apple, pear, lemon zest, and subtle brioche aromas. On the palate it is crisp and dry, with bright acidity, flavors of apple and citrus, and a gentle brioche finish.
