Mount Gay XO is a premium Barbadian rum crafted from a blend of pot and column still rums aged between 5 and 17 years in American whiskey, bourbon, and Cognac casks. This triple cask maturation imparts a complex and refined character to the spirit. The nose offers a harmonious balance of vanilla, oaky notes, and dry spices. On the palate, it reveals flavors of salted caramel, baked fig, clove, and dark chocolate, culminating in a round, smooth, and richly creamy body with a long finish .
